· Looking for art gallery space, need insurance? The Phantom Gallery Chicago Network provides gallery COI's for all card packing artists who have submitted an application fee and has elected to be curators of their own space, our insurance is through the CHUBB Insurance Company. Better yet we will refer you to the agent.


· Free online resources, the Phantom chief curator, will profile you as a featured artist on our social networks:  Blogger, Facebook group pages, Instagram, 

· Build a contact creator, our network can share your stories, and make new sources to exhibit your art. Tell the world about your successes and challenges.

· Near North West Arts Councilfind out about fiscal sponsorships, and other resources.

 SUPPORT MATERIALS
· Curriculum Vitae please include your name, address, phone number, and email address along with exhibition and educational background.)
·         Please include a Web site links of your work along with 5- 10  or JPG.
·         For installations: description to clearly convey your concept


·         For video work: For curatorial previewing. The video segment should be no longer than 3 minutes and cued to the appropriate segment for the panel to view. Time-based media, video art, or documentation of performance art, should be submitted. Please do not submit videos of documentation of the artistic process. If you have a YouTube channel send us the link.


·         For live art: website links that document previous work; title, and a description of the content and concept of proposed work.


·         For artists outside of Chicago: Please include a brief statement showing your means to get to Chicago and availability to assist with the staffing of the gallery.
