The ICE is a safe, engaging environment for artists of different disciplines/backgrounds to show their work to each other and make new connections. Everyone presents work for 15 mins each (including discussion time). Anyone can show work no matter their experience level, and artists can attend without showing work if they are just interested. Past discussants include Theaster Gates, Hamza Walker, Cheryl Pope, and Maria Gaspar among others (a nice write-up from CAA is at http://blogs.colum.edu/caa/
