On Sunday, I spent the afternoon in Long Beach checking out the Phantom Gallery. These spaces are great, as they are along the Promenade and 3rd Street; all are visible from the sidewalks and within walking distance. At night, the galleries are lit. The project is in partnership with the Long Beach Redevelopment Agency and the Phantom Galleries LA.com.
